TEXT REMINDERS

We are now able to text patients to remind them about appointments, as well as any other important health information. Patients will also be able to correspond with the surgery via text message, for example replying ‘CANCEL’ to an appointment reminder will mean that your appointment is cancelled without you needing to call the surgery.

Please be assured that your number will not be used by anyone outside the Practice and you may object to this service if you wish.
