All consultations are by appointment only and these may be made online, by telephone or at reception. The staff is trained to signpost to the correct services and will ask questions to determine that. You will be asked the reason if you are calling to book an urgent appointment and to see the Nurse only to ascertain the likely length of the appointment. If you would prefer not to disclose the reason please tell the receptionist it is a personal matter giving her some idea of the time required.
If you wish to speak to the Doctor or Nurse the reception staff will arrange a convenient time for you to telephone.
