ONLINE REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS
If you are a patient aged 16 years or over, you can now order your repeat prescription using our internet booking service. Once registered for the internet service you can also book a routine appointment with your GP.
If you haven't registered yet you can visit our reception desk to sign up for the service. You will have to do it in person and two forms of documentation must be provided as evidence of identity, one of which must contain a photograph.
You can also register online by clicking the link below, but you will still need to come into the surgery with two forms of ID as evidence of identity, one of which must contain a photograph to be able to complete the process and use the service.
